Hoi An Aurora Riverside Hotel & Spa

The hotel is very comfortable and located in a great area away from the busiest part of the city center but still close to restaurants and attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's convenient to have a cafe, pool, and spa onsite. However, if you’re on a low floor, it can be very loud at night.

Nice room, good views and friendly staff

All good

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and would definitely come back again. We were again in a 3 week motorbike adventure throughout Vietnam and picked this hotel again because it had everything that we needed pool, good breakfast, laundry service, quite central but far enough away from the main noise / centre, free secure parking for our motorbikes and free use of cycles to explore on a more leisurely pace. Even the staff we meet last year recognised us for last year ( please see attached pictures )Best RegardsEddie (Robin / Superman from Scotland ???????)

Nothing …. Great Hotel

The location was good and the staff were excellent. They took us as an emergency booking after previous accommodation fell through.

The room was clean and cozy. The swimming pool was nice and very peaceful. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly. I had to leave quite early so I could not attend breakfast. However the staff had made me an extensive breakfast package.

The staff were very accommodating and exceptional! They were very helpful and made our joy very worth while. It’s also a great location as a base to explore Hoi An!

Loved the property! Everything was flawless. The lobby and rooms are designed wonderfully. The rooms are themed with really cool murals, as is the lobby. The staff was so so nice! Could not have felt more welcome. They stored our luggages even a day after we stayed there and returned from a tour. Awesome experience.

Hotel Staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful. Location of the hotel is good. We booked all the day tours directly in the hotel which was very convenient.

Staff is amazing. They provided us with an early check in which was super helpful when coming off a long flight. The staff were super friendly and helpful providing information on things to do around Hoi An.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped hotel. Large and refreshing pool. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly and attentive staff. Fast and reliable WiFi. Overall very good considered the affordable price.

The hospitality at Aurora Riverside Hoi An Hotel was spectacular!! The nicest and most accommodating staff I have ever met. The rooms are really beautifully. Also the breakfast was amazing, good selection of fruits, veggies, baked goods and hot dishes. In addition you can also order dishes like pancakes, Bun, Pho and eggs for free.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Aurora Riverside Hoi An, the hotel is very nice and wonderful, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, the staff is friendly, I really like the breakfast, very diverse and changes every day. I will continue to choose Aurora Hoi An for my next trip.

The property has several restaurants and convenience stores around. The room is really clean and breakfast buffet has lots of choices. The staff were also really accommodating and it was easy to book tours through the hotel staff. Will definitely stay here again if i'm ever back in Hoi An.

The rooms were cleaned and the staff was great. Our plane landed around midnight and we booked the airport transfer thru the hotel - a very convenient way to go from the airport to the hotel especially if you are visiting Hoi An for the first time. The breakfast was delicious with enough dishes to try. Special thanks to all the staff especially the front of manager Vinh who looked after us.

I spent a lovely week at the Aurora Riverside Hotel. It was a perfect experience. Vi & Ngoc were exceptional. Diem in the restaurant also was super in her position and was always ready to help with her warm smile. Breakfast had great variety for all tastes. I feel fortunate to have spent time at this hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the services – including the free bike rentals and shuttle bus – made getting around so easy. The spa was also a real highlight, offering a great way to unwind. A special mention to the hotel’s café, Dirty Lips – the drinks were delicious, and the view of the river and street was beautiful. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend!

Everything: Beds, pillows and showers amazing. Cleanest place we've stayed in on our travels. Particular to staff member. We would come back in a heartbeat and would recommend anyone stay here.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The free bicycle was a nice touch, making it easy to explore the area at my own pace. I also appreciated the free shuttle bus service to Hoi An Old Town, which was very convenient for getting around. The spa experience was a highlight – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Definitely a place I’d consider returning to!

I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at Aurora Riverside Hotel Hoi An, with its beautiful river views, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. The location is also perfect for exploring both the city and nearby beaches.

This is a nice hotel with very polite and happy staff. Our room was spacious and very clean. It’s a fair way from the centre of Hoi An which suited us as we had a Grab account and getting transport was super easy. The location is much quieter than downtown Hoi A which is noisy with lots of traffic. The hotel is more of place to crash than a holiday resort and theres not a lot in terms of shops and restaurants etc close by, I’d stay here again -it’s great value and closer the beach.

Nothing at all
